Delivery Guide & Costs

 

Both local and international orders are delivered by SingPost* with a registered tracking number. The shipping cost is reflected accordingly by weight of items and will be shown in your shopping cart upon checkout. 

 

*Local Customers: If you need to receive your order quicker, we will be glad to post it via a private courier service. Please contact us at contact@ssfw.com.sg or call 6293-3068 for details.

 

*International Customers: If you need to receive your order quicker, we will be glad to post your order via EMS or DHL (typically takes 3-6 working days), please contact us at contact@ssfw.com.sg and we will provide you with the EMS/DHL shipping quote.

 

Local delivery

We aim to deliver all local orders in 2-3 working days. Products that have customisation requests may take a couple days more. During festive season or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. 

 

If you are not in when our couriers first try to deliver, they will leave a card and take your order back. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange redelivery.

 

International Orders

We ship our international orders via SingPost Standard Air Mail (with tracking available). Lead time for international delivery is usually between 6 to 12 working days. Shipping costs vary from the weight of the item(s) in your order. For express worldwide delivery request, please contact us at contact@ssfw.com.sg 

 

Tracking Your Order

 Log onto www.SingPost.com.sg and use the tracking number and provided in your despatch email. Please allow 36 hours from receipt of the email before tracking your order.

 

 

Returns & Exchange

We hope you’ll love every SSFW purchase, but if you ever need to return an item you can do so within 7 days of receipt in one of two ways:

• By mail 
• Direct return & exchange at our store (Advance notice needed) 

1. Returns are accepted within 7 days upon receipt. 

2. Non-returnable: All sale of promotional priced items are final unless subject to other applicable regulations. 
Non-Returnable items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. 

3. For all other items, to be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in original condition with tags intact (if any). All items will be inspected on their return.

4. Returns for pre-ordered or customised items are only accepted only when we have made a shipping error.

5. International Customers, customers are responsible for all delivery charges upon return and exchange. 

 

All purchases are non-refundable except when we have sent an incorrect item, and the correct item is no longer available in stock.

 

 

Mail Returns

Carefully repack your order and mail it back to us with your invoice enclosed. We recommended that you keep a copy of the mail certificate. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We will mail your exchange to you via Singpost standard mail (free of charge within Singapore). 
 

Direct Return & Exchange at our store

For all returns/exchanges of your online merchandise at our store, advance notice is required as the requested item might have to be transferred over from our warehouse. Please get in touch with our sales team via email at contact@ssfw.com.sg or call us at 6293-3068 to make necessary arrangements. After which, you may bring along your merchandise to our store to facilitate an exchange.
