SSFW is looking for a full time Retail Associate at our Haji Lane store. We're looking for a candidate with relevant past experiences who thrives in a small team environment. The ideal person will have a positive attitude and an interest in all things fashion and jewelry!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide good customer service
- Manage store inventory
- Manage sales transactions
- Maintain store display and cleanliness
- Assist in other areas of retail operations
- Meet sales goals
Skills/Requirements:
- Relevant past experiences a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong ability to work individually and as a team player
- Highly organized with great sense of responsibility
- Familiar with POS systems
- Initiative attitude/self-starter

MARKETING & MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE Haji Lane
SSFW is looking for a full time Marketing & Management Executive. The ideal candidate will have online marketing experience and also possess good management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the director
- Manage & optimize online advertising & email marketing campaigns (AdWords, Facebook, Blog Partnerships etc)
- Manage social media channels (Instagram, Facebook etc)
- Manage and oversee retail store operations & staff management
- Assist in website updates and functionalities
- Knowledge of or demonstrated ability to quickly learn new web applications like WIX, Mailchimp etc.
- Conducting periodical analysis of marketing campaigns
Skills/Requirements:
- Online marketing experience, preferably with retail focused websites a plus
- Creative
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong ability to work individually and as a team player
- Highly organized with focus on owning a project through all stages of execution
- Entrepreneurial attitude/self-starter/a can-do attitude
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus
- Photography skills a plus
